A leader in the K-12 EdTech market embarked on a strategic acquisition of a vendor with an adjacent product category. This acquisition was a crucial part of their expansion strategy but posed a significant challenge: integrating the new product into their existing portfolio without in-house product marketing expertise. To address this, they partnered with Posture to stand up their product marketing strategy and execution.

Our first step involved working closely with their product, sales, and marketing executives to develop a unified positioning strategy that embraced both the legacy and newly acquired product lines.
