A luxury menswear company, known for its custom and ready-to-wear apparel, faced the challenge of accelerating growth while managing the complexities of its expanding product lines. The company’s network of Personal Stylists, critical to their direct sales go-to-market (GTM) strategy, was responsible for cultivating client relationships and growing their markets across North America. With the introduction of new product categories and the adoption of emerging technologies, the company needed a solution to help Stylists manage client interactions, on-board new team members, and streamline the ordering process.

We were engaged to develop an app that would empower Personal Stylists to manage their operations more efficiently. Collaborating closely with the client and a third-party app developer, we conducted a thorough analysis of the needs and workflows of company leadership, top-performing Stylists, and buyers. Our goal was to create an intuitive, user-friendly tool that not only facilitated client management and order tracking but also provided educational resources to help Stylists excel.
